Pure essential oils of Frangipani (Plumeria alba flower oil), Key Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil), Jasmine (Jasminum Grandiflora), Bergamot (Citrus Bergamia), Neroli (Citrus aurantium amara flower oi), Peru Balsam (Myroxylon Pereirae ) and Benzoin (Styrax Benzoin) in a base of sunflower oil.
Keep this blend with you so you can use it throughout the day or keep it by your bed to use at night:
- Apply the oil to your pulse points, such as your temples, the base of your skull, and the inner wrists
- Gently massage the oil into these areas using a circular motion
- Relax and Breathe: Close your eyes, take slow, deep breaths, and focus on relaxation
- For a deeper appreciation of the scent, rub the oil onto your hands and cup them over your face, breathe in deeply. This is especially useful just before bedtime
