Where it all started
Our story began many years ago. I woke up one day feeling like I was coming down with a cold, for the fourth time in as many months. My body felt rundown and exhausted. I was feeling puffy and congested, putting on weight easily. I knew that something was not right.

So, I went right back to basics. I started to take a closer look at the skincare products I was using and the food I was eating and what I found left me feeling scared and angry. Even products labeled 'natural and organic' were filled with ingredients I couldn't pronounce and didn't recognise.

What had I been filling my body with all these years? And what had I been using on my kids!
​
I began to research these ingredients and educate myself in areas like aromatherapy and herbalism. I started making my own blends with essential oils and incorporating more plant-based, organic, clean foods into my diet. The more I changed the more I felt a sense of empowerment and control over my health and well-being.

The results were astounding!

My body felt more energized and balanced, and I was sick less often. I felt more connected to nature and the natural rhythms of my body. And as I shared my journey with others, and they also started to make changes I felt an incredible sense of wonder and satisfaction seeing their transformations.

I was inspired to share my journey and things that I have learned along the way to help make the path toward personal transformation simple.
