Just put 1-2 drops of the blend on the felt pad inside the necklace. Choose from any of our range of blends, depending on your mood:

Love - a special blend of rich, deeply grounding oils to help feel loving and relaxed
 
These blends are entirely essential oil - not diluted. This means you could use them also in a diffuser, burner or inhaler. You could add them a few drops to shower soap or an unscented moisturiser, or you could add them to a carrier oil (like coconut oil, olive oil or jojoba) and use as a body oil after your shower at the dilution of 3 drops to 1 tsp of oil.
